Volkswagen ID.4: Manually adjusting front seats

In the Volkswagen ID.4, the controls on the front passenger seat mirror those on the driver’s seat for consistent usability.

1. To adjust the backrest angle in the Volkswagen ID.4, rotate the handwheel while ensuring no pressure is applied to the backrest.
2. Move the lever up or down repeatedly to set the desired seat height for optimal driving comfort.
3. Pull the lever to slide the front seat forward or backward. After releasing the lever, ensure the seat locks securely into position.
4. Press the button sideways or downward to adjust the armrest height. The armrest in the Volkswagen ID.4 can also be folded up when not in use without pressing the button.

   This ensures flexible comfort for long drives in the Volkswagen ID.4.

5. Only on models with electric assistance: lift the grip to adjust the seat cushion forward or backward.
