Rear center armrest

The Volkswagen ID.4 may feature a foldable rear center armrest integrated into the rear seat backrest, providing additional comfort and convenience for passengers.

• To fold forward: pull the center armrest using the loop in the direction of the arrow → fig. 1.
• To return it: fold the armrest upward and press it firmly back into the seat backrest until it is secured.

In the Volkswagen ID.4, passengers must not occupy the center rear seat when the armrest is folded down.

WARNING

Incorrect use of the rear center armrest in the Volkswagen ID.4 may result in serious injury.

• The center armrest must always be folded up during driving.
• Never allow anyone to sit on the center seat when the armrest is lowered.
• Do not use the armrest as a seating surface.
