Always follow the steps below in the correct order to safely prepare your Volkswagen ID.4 for a wheel change → :

1. Park the Volkswagen ID.4 at a safe distance from moving traffic. Ensure the surface is level and firm. Soft or sloped ground may cause instability when using the jack. If needed, place a stable support plate under the jack.

2. Activate the emergency flashers to alert other road users.
