To fully utilize all available digital services in the Volkswagen ID.4, certain conditions must be met to ensure reliable operation, seamless connectivity, and optimal performance.

✓ We Connect must be ordered for the Volkswagen ID.4 and installed at the factory.

✓ Both the vehicle and the user must be located within the supported service region.

✓ Data transmission must be available at both the vehicle’s and the user’s location without restrictions.

✓ The smartphone used must be compatible with Volkswagen ID.4 applications and services.

✓ Privacy settings in the Volkswagen ID.4 Infotainment system must allow data transfer.

✓ The smartphone settings must also permit data communication for connected services.

✓ A personal Volkswagen ID user account must be created and activated.

✓ A valid service contract must be active for the Volkswagen ID.4.

✓ The vehicle must be added to the Volkswagen user account.

✓ The Onboard Connectivity Unit and all relevant services must be enabled and active.

✓ Third-party technologies used within the Volkswagen ID.4 must be available. Volkswagen is not responsible if such services are discontinued or restricted during the vehicle’s lifecycle.
