Even if all prerequisites for the Volkswagen ID.4 services are fulfilled, external factors beyond Volkswagen’s control may affect functionality, performance, or availability.

These include, but are not limited to:

• Maintenance, updates, or technical work on telecommunications infrastructure, servers, satellites, or databases.
• Changes in mobile network standards (e.g., LTE, UMTS, EDGE, or GPRS).
• Shutdown of specific network technologies by service providers.
• Interference or disruption of mobile networks or GPS signals due to environmental conditions, high speeds, solar activity, or network congestion.
• Locations with weak or no signal, such as tunnels, underground parking areas, mountainous terrain, or dense urban environments.
• Incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate data provided by third-party services, including navigation data.
• Regions where Volkswagen ID.4 online services are not supported or restricted.
