Ball mount of the trailer hitch not secured

If the yellow indicator light illuminates, this indicates that the ball mount on the Volkswagen ID.4 is not properly locked.

2. If the issue persists, contact an authorized Volkswagen dealer or service facility immediately for inspection and repair.
