1. Volkswagen ID.4 positioned in a parallel parking space.

1. Activate the drive system of the Volkswagen ID.4.

2. Press and hold the brake pedal securely.

3. Activate Park Assist Plus in the Volkswagen ID.4 via the Infotainment system.

4. Turn on the indicator for the side in which the Volkswagen ID.4 should exit the parking space.

5. Tap on the Infotainment system screen.

6. Release the steering wheel to allow the Volkswagen ID.4 to steer automatically.

7. Release the brake pedal.

• Exit perpendicular parking spaces manually and remain highly attentive to surrounding traffic.

The path displayed in the Infotainment system during the maneuver is only a general representation and may differ from the actual movement of the Volkswagen ID.4.

Introduction

Park Assist (Park Assist Plus) with memory function in the Volkswagen ID.4 enables automated parking in frequently used locations such as garages or driveways by storing and replaying a previously driven route.

The availability of this advanced function in the Volkswagen ID.4 depends on the specific equipment level.

System function

Park Assist Plus with memory function extends the capabilities of the standard Park Assist system in the Volkswagen ID.4.
