The vehicle jack for the Volkswagen ID.4 must only be positioned at designated reinforced lift points on the underbody, located behind specific markings → fig. 1. Always choose the lift point closest to the wheel being replaced → .

Checklist

For maximum safety when lifting the Volkswagen ID.4, follow the steps below in the correct sequence → :

1. Insert the hand crank into the jack mount.

2. Locate the correct lift point under the Volkswagen ID.4 nearest to the wheel being replaced → fig. 1.

3. Raise the jack slightly so it is positioned just below the lift point.

4. Ensure the jack base sits firmly and evenly on the ground, directly beneath the lift point → fig. 2 and → fig. 3.

5. Align the jack vertically and continue raising it until the support head engages securely with the vehicle’s lift point.

6. Continue lifting the Volkswagen ID.4 until the wheel is fully clear of the ground.
