Volkswagen ID.4: High Beam Control (Light Assist)

In the Volkswagen ID.4, the High Beam Control (Light Assist) system automatically switches the high beam headlights on and off to improve visibility while reducing glare for other road users. Switching on high beam control (Light Assist)

1. Switch on the ignition in your Volkswagen ID.4.

2. Activate the automatic headlights .

When High Beam Control (Light Assist) is activated in the Volkswagen ID.4, the indicator illuminates in the Volkswagen Digital Cockpit. If the system actively switches on the high beams, the blue indicator will also appear in the instrument cluster.
