Volkswagen ID.4: Massage feature

The Volkswagen ID.4 is equipped with a massage feature that uses the lumbar support system to provide a relaxing massage to the lower back area, enhancing comfort during longer journeys.

The intensity of the massage function in the Volkswagen ID.4 can be adjusted in three levels by repeatedly pressing the corresponding switch during operation.

Switching the massage function on and off

1. To activate the massage function, press the button located on the seat control panel. Press the button again to deactivate the feature.

In the Volkswagen ID.4, the massage function automatically switches off after approximately ten minutes to conserve energy and ensure safe operation.

Incorrect use of the massage or seat adjustment features in the Volkswagen ID.4 may lead to injury.

• Ensure proper seating position before activating the massage function and maintain it while driving.
• Only switch the massage function on or off when the Volkswagen ID.4 is stationary.
• Keep all body parts clear of moving seat components during adjustment.
